Would only recommend for small parties and get togethers. The place is to small for much larger parties, but it's simple to get to with it being in a service road off the main road. There's also the local skate park and bike track next door to hang out with friends.

Local Salsa dance group (Southern Cross Salsa Frankston) organised a social event... Place was fantastic... Never been here before... Easy to get to, great facilities (kitchen, toilets, tables and chairs, etc) and VERY clean and ample parking... We had a great time and hoping to make this a regular event... Comes highly recommended...
