Wildwood was honestly the perfect location for our wedding! We loved it all, from the pizzas the night before to the recovery breakfast the morning after, everything went smoothly and was just amazing to experience. Bekk our coordinator on the day looked after us so well, and all of the staff were lovely. Our guests all had an amazing time, and it was such a beautiful setting to share with our guests.

Wildwood is an absolute dream venue, and I’m so happy we chose to get married there! The team clearly take such wonderful care of the property – it’s truly stunning, and the views are magic. The on-site accommodation is beautiful as well, and being able to stay there made everything so easy. We stayed for two nights before the wedding, which made the whole lead-up so much more relaxed. I loved that the entire place was completely ours for the weekend. The team were all so friendly, calm, thoughtful and helpful, and the whole day ran seamlessly – the only downside was that it went by too quickly! Wildwood was absolutely the right choice for us. Wildwood Kangaroo Valley was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The venue itself is stunning and our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was. Our late September wedding saw the venue’s florals in perfect bloom, which made everything even more magical. The staff went above and beyond to make the day seamless and enjoyable. Bec, our on the day coordinator, was incredible and kept everything running smoothly. Alex patiently answered all of our emails in the lead up to the wedding. Ray, the bartender, was amazing and had our guests raving all night. DJ Nana Blade kept the party going and created such a fun and lively atmosphere that everyone loved. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue or team to make our wedding so special.

We absolutely loved our Wildwood wedding. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of so beautifully. They organised absolutely everything — catering, flowers, photography, even the celebrant — which made the entire experience completely stress free. The venue itself is stunning, and the onsite accommodation was gorgeous and the perfect place to spend a few relaxed days with our bridal party. A special mention to Bekk, our lovely coordinator, whose calm and kind presence made us feel supported from start to finish. And to our MC and DJ, Nana, who brought all the good vibes and created the playlist and dance floor of our absolute dreams. Everything was perfect. The whole day was seamless, the service staff were so warm and friendly, and we genuinely loved every single minute. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.

Wildwood was nothing short of perfect. From the natural beauty of the location and what the team has done to use it effectively and respectfully, to the lovely team working with dedication to prioritise their couples' needs. No other venue seems to be so thoughtful, inclusive, and customer centred. If there is something that will make the wedding better or easier, they'll do it. They work with common sense, heart, and passion. We felt so cared for in the lead-up and on the day itself. When my mother-in-law was suddenly in her final weeks of life in the months before our wedding, the Wildwood team were eagerly preparing to help us get her down to the venue to exchange vows in front of her before she passed. Unfortunately we lost her too quickly, but the team's efforts to try to help us do this special thing will always be remembered. Beyond this, everything went smoothly and every detail was felt. Our day was beautiful in every possible way, from the set-up to the coordination, to the house we stayed in and the way our guests (and us) were looked after by all the lovely staff on the day. We really made the best decision with Wildwood - a venue that not only looks perfect, but genuinely cares about doing whatever they can to deliver what you want, because that's what matters most. We had the most incredible experience getting married at Wildwood Kangaroo Valley. Nana and Alex were absolutely amazing from start to finish and made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. They were always so helpful, organised, and genuinely excited for us, which made such a difference while planning. On the day, everything ran so smoothly and the venue itself was just stunning. The setting is beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere for such a special day for our elopement. Nana went above and beyond on the day to make sure everything was perfect and that we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. Also monitoring the wet weather and having plans ready to go incase, made me feel less stressed whilst getting ready. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to get married and are so grateful to Nana and Alex for helping make our day so special. We would recommend Wildwood to anyone looking for a truly beautiful and memorable wedding venue.

My wedding at Wildwood was exactly what I had dreamed of. I wanted a venue that already had beautiful natural scenery without the need for too much decoration, and it had to be dog-friendly. The moment I saw Wildwood, I knew it was the perfect site. From the shed for guest arrival, the dining hall, and the ceremony platform to the accommodation, everything at Wildwood was ready to go and beautifully presented. The team was incredibly helpful. They customised a package to suit both my budget and needs. Having a coordinator on the day made such a difference. The pricing was completely transparent, and the service was exceptional. I'm so grateful to the Wildwood team and strongly strongly recommend them!
