We cannot thank Whitestone Reception enough for hosting our sangeet night — it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had to book the venue last minute due to an accident at our original venue, which was incredibly stressful, but from the moment we spoke to Alicia, everything felt manageable. She was beyond accommodating, kind, and reassuring, and truly went out of her way to help us make the night special despite the circumstances. The venue looked beautiful, the night ran smoothly, and Alicia was super friendly, approachable, and on top of everything. Her support made such a huge difference and allowed us to actually enjoy the night instead of stressing. We’re so grateful to Whitestone and especially Alicia for turning a difficult situation into such a memorable and joyful celebration. Highly recommend!

Whitestone Events is honestly the perfect spot for all weddings — but especially cultural weddings. From pre-events to the big day, they just get it. As a wedding photographer, I’ve loved every opportunity to shoot here. The venue has such beautiful, versatile spaces that bring out the color, tradition, and energy of cultural events so effortlessly. Whether it’s a Sangeet, Haldi, or the main wedding day, Whitestone nails it every time. And the team? Absolute legends. We hosted my daughter’s wedding at this incredible venue over the weekend! From the moment we walked through the big white front doors we stepped into an enchanting, mystical, moody entrance & bar that left us speechless. Then when the big beautiful drapes are drawn to reveal the ballroom It is truly mesmerising & captivating, it takes your breath away! The polished white floors, amazing florals & incredible chandeliers are just spectacular. It’s the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen! What makes it more special is the fabulous staff! Alyssa, Mina & Alicia were amazing to deal with! So accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, an absolute pleasure! They went out of their way to make everything perfect! Their communication was so on point 👌 you could actually call and speak to them! Amazing! I can’t stress enough how amazing the service was from them!! The event manager on the night Pina was also great! She was helpful & attentive and the night ran smoothly. The feedback from our guests was amazing, everyone loved the venue! I just loved it soo much & I’m sad it’s over! If I could give them 10 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an incredible venue. My husband and I had our wedding here at Whitestone, and we had a fantastic experience from the lead up and on the day. We originally had our wedding booked for November 2024, but Sam worked with us to find availability to bring it forward. Sam and the staff made our wedding stress free, and ensured everything was organised and ran smoothly on the night. The venue manager on the night made sure the bridal party had drinks refilled, and helped with anything we needed. And just the venue itself, the amount of compliments we received about how stunning the space is, and the gasps during the big room reveal were unreal. Hi Alicia and Team I wanted thank you for an incredible night and the whole lead up to the event . Pina was AMAZING and so lovely to deal with , even going to the trouble of making sure that I had eaten and fixing me a plate. She checked in with me throughout the night to make sure everything was ok. Thank you Alicia for being so approachable and easy to communicate with . It made the whole lead up way more enjoyable and less stressful. Our guests were awed by the venue as it really is beautiful and impressive. I would not hesitate recommending Whitestone events!!

We just recently had our daughter's 1st birthday here and the venue was absolutely stunning! From the entrance, to the ballroom, bridal suite and upstairs photo studio room. Each room had it's own unique and beautiful look. The best though was the ballroom with it's beautiful floral ceiling install with gorgeous chandeliers. To top it off our event manager on the day was super friendly and amazing. She made sure our everthing ran smoothly and helped us with our set-up. We would highly recommend this venue.
