Manor Restaurant at Cotswold Gardens

Special Valentines' dinner at the Manor Restaurant in Armidale was amazing tonight. First time dining at the Manor and might not be the last. Very nice staff, delicious meals, definitely didn't leave hungry. Lovely little touches that made the evening special. Thank you for a wonderful evening

What a pleasant surprise this place is! We are from the Gold Coast and were passing through for the evening. We ordered the Surf & Turf special and the Beef Cheeks and honestly it was the best food we’ve ever tried, we’ve never had a steak that had that taste, it must of been the country produce because wow!

Please do not let the quaint and quiet vibe of the place dissuade you. The food quality here is superb. Yesterday I got the steak and the creme brulee. The mushroom was fragrant, which I don't expect to say about mushrooms The steak was hot, tender and buttery. The creme brulee had a great contrast in flavor and creamy in texture.

Had a wonderful experience. Cosy atmosphere, great background music, timely service and the food was perfect. We both got the 3 course menu for $75 which is a great price plus it comes with a complimentary wine/champagne. Will happily come here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good service. Lovely focus on local wines and distillers. Food was simple fare done really well. Arancini for entree was tasty and balanced with pickled onion. The steak was cooked perfectly and the pork cutlet was faultless, moist and tender. The desserts needed work though. The salted caramel cheesecake was tasty but let down by the pairing with commercially made icecream. And the keylime pie was sadly lacking in lime, and the base didn't work. The floss garnish however was exceptionally soft and gorgeous. Also, a questionable choice to turn the heaters on and serve iced water.

Went to the restaurant with a friend while our husbands were at their school reunion. The meals were delicious and the wine selection was great. The service was outstanding and the prices were excellent. A+

We enjoyed a beautiful evening with our daughter, her fiance & his parents to celebrate their upcoming marriage. Beautiful ambiance, amazing yummy meals & desserts, & lovely service. We definitely recommend & will certainly be back. Thank you 😊
