First time visitor having never had any brow or lash treatments ever. Adelheid was amazing. She was so friendly and explained everything first with updates and explanations along the way. With an ultimate Korean Lash treatment and signature brow I’m blown away by the results. Why have I not done this before? I’m a convert now and will be visiting the girls regularly for many more treatments. Thank you for making my first experience so brilliant. See you next visit. Highly recommend

The hair and makeup looked nice in the end, but the experience wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. My appointment started fifteen minutes late and I had booked for 9am, and I missed out on the head massage because my curls "needed to last." The makeup itself was lovely, but I was surprised to be charged $40 more than the price quoted online, and I’m still not sure why. It was convenient for occasion but not sure I’d attend again when in town.

5 stars isn't nearly enough for this amazing team! I had two event hair & makeup appointments this week and I felt so comfortable with their professional service and fun atmosphere. I know almost nothing about makeup or what I wanted, and Pres was still able to create a look that was exactly what I had envisioned. My hair was also perfect and lasted for hours! The entire team was friendly and made me feel completely at home. When I was anxiously watching all of my uber's cancel on me the girls went above and beyond and drove me across town to my event. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks ladies !!

Chloe did fantastic job, I wanted natural dye on eyebrows and they are tidy as and look natural- very very happy - no gonzo eyebrows:) I will be back nxt time in Townsville

Check what you are being charged for before paying! I used paywave without checking the price (on me I know) and was overcharged at UM. They have refused to refund me the difference claiming I had a intricate upstyle (I had a ponytail which took 10 minutes) and special occasion makeup despite only asking for the express makeup. Very disappointed as I have been a client for years and recommended them to countless friends and family members.

Absolutely love my hair and makeup!!! I know this was just a trial which makes me even more excited for my wedding day. Never felt so beautiful in my life and the ladies are all so lovely too!!
