Our recent trip to Europe was made so easy with the valuable experience and knowledge of Stefania. Her attention to detail and providing all documents required for the many legs of our trip gave me piece of mind knowing I could easily check details. Stefania offers a very high standard to her clients and likes to know if something didn’t go as smooth as expected, we had no issues that arose from Stefania’s precise planning. We would highly recommend Stefania’s professional service if you are considering travel.

Stef is honestly incredible. I have never experienced such thoughtful and attentive service from a travel agent before. From the very beginning the itinerary, documentation and information she provided were so detailed and well organised. The level of care and attention to detail was next level. She mapped everything out so clearly and included so many helpful recommendations that made the entire trip feel effortless. Everything about the trip ran so smoothly because of how well prepared we were. Stef truly went above and beyond to make sure every part of our travel was seamless. What stood out the most was how supportive she was throughout the whole process. She checked in regularly, responded to messages so quickly and was always available to help even with the time difference. It genuinely felt like she cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. I’m so grateful for all the effort she put into planning our trip and I will absolutely be booking all future travels through her. Thank you Stef for such an amazing experience!

If you are after a great holiday... Where literally every detail has been considered, from arrival times, lining up hotel transfers, checkin requests. Where your tickets and paperwork are neatly organised by the day you require them. Where all of your paperwork and pre flight checks are sent to you when required to not overwhelm you. Where any problems are sorted by the time you get back off your flight. Where recommendations down to the restaurants within walking distance have been included. Where someone actually cares that you have the best time and touches base with you throughout your time abroad. Then Stef is the lady you need to talk to, to take all of the leg work out of your holiday and focus on the sightseeing. She truly provides an exceptional travel service.

We went to Stef in January to plan an overseas trip for a milestone birthday in March. With only 2 months to go, Stef organised a truly amazing holiday to Fiji, providing us with a worry free experience. I was a bit overwhelmed with the accomodation options, but Stef was able to provide firsthand advice having travelled to Fiji herself, so we were able to choose the perfect location. We would highly recommend Stef and Jetsetter Travel for your travel planning - we will definitely be planning our next holiday through Stef.

Stef Towler provided us with an excellent itinerary and comprehensive trip planning for our recent trip to Thailand. She is always warm and accommodating, even when I called her early on a Sunday morning. (Our initial flight... the only thing we had organised, had been cancelled) Stef immediately cancelled the related transfers and motel accommodation. And then once we had arranged flights with a different carrier. She arranged transfers so our trip could continue without further change. Earlier in the process of planning , we found Stef to be approachable and considerate as we negotiated the package price. Despite our relative inexperience in traveling in Asia, we felt great confidence in Stef's planning. She is an excellent communicator and we can not endorse her more highly.

After deciding to travel to Scotland and Ireland to do a flexible self drive tour, we approached Stef who took care of absolutely everything for us down to the last detail. While we were away she was contactable and offered advice and provided the assistance needed to overcome some problems caused by flight changes. It was reassuring to know she was there and had our backs. We had the most wonderful holiday and thank Stef for arranging everything perfectly for us!! We highly recommend Stef if you are considering travelling, she will personally take care of all your needs. Her care and professionalism is second to none. Thank you Stef!😊
