Donohues

I loathe clothes shopping but our sales assistant Kelly immediately made me feel welcome and taken care of. Despite being a consummate professional she was dedicated enough in her service to make it not feel like a job she was paid to do, and one she wanted to hurry up and get done; but as though I was just shopping with a friend. This is what sales is about: learning about the customer and helping them find what they need. As someone who loves clothes but hates trying things, and being in retail environments I was well supported to choose the right pair of pants. Great store layout, variety, sizes and sales, a good place to take your time and spend your money!

Where do I even begin! Jean shopping is one of those thing I absolutely dread, however a lovely young lady named Kelly served me, and boy did she make the experience some thing only easy and stress free but something I actually enjoyed. Kelly made me feel like the most gorgeous and confident person in each pair of jeans, and actually paided attention to what I wanted without making me feel like I was being difficult. Every concern I had she took into account to find the perfect pair of jeans, running back and fourth getting the different sizes, colour and cuts. Not only did Kelly boost my confidence but being served by Kelly felt like being served by a best friend I had known my whole life. Without a doubt THE most comfortable, easy and enjoyable employee interaction I have ever had.

Staff are very welcoming and very helpful. They know their products. I was well fitted into my new boots. Hubby was fitted properly too. Very happy with their service. Toni was awesome at helping me to choose and Ruby was awesome on her first day learning everything she could. They were wonderful.

Online order, item was beautifully packaged and a lovely note from B. Many thanks, wish your store was closer to where I live.
