Merette is an outstanding town planner. We used her expert advice and guidance on a number of properties that we are looking to develop townhouses on. Her knowledge of planning laws and regulations across different councils in Victoria is first rate. Highly reccomended

Merette was exceptional in screening a number of potential properties for me and gave invaluable advice about several aspects that impacted on the property. She was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and willing to go through extra mile to help us. Would certainly recommend! Five gold stars for her and her team !

Merette has been very helpful and approachable with my enquiries. I found her very knowledgeable and insightful with all the council planning guidelines. She was very patient and explained everything in detail. I am looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Merette and her team were absolutely fantastic supporting us to get council approval for our new location. The process was long, we applied in December 2024 but they continued to support us and we have finally received provisional approval! Thank you for the 7 months of support, kindness and professionalism.

Merette from Leawarra Town Planning helped us work through a tricky planning permit requirement in Frankston South for our home extension. What was quickly becoming an overwhelming / project killing issue was easily worked through by Merette. I highly recommend avoiding our mistake of trying to work through planning permits ourselves and get Merette involved early if you are planning a significant reno or building project. Her costs are very reasonable compared to the stress she removes from the process.

We were very happy with Merette's service throughout the town planning permit process. She was proactive with her recommendations and provided appropriate advise as needed for obtaining a permit for a Place of Worship. Greatly recommend her services.
