I bought a Yongnuo ring flash light for camera online. The product was faulty (the camera battery door wouldn't stay closed) so I couldn't use it. I sent an email asking for refund and honestly the email correspondence wasn't very good so i decided to come into the store in person expecting to have a bad experience (this didnt happen until more than 6 months after I bought the product). I am very glad to be wrong! They took it back even though I had forgotten some of the parts that came with it and upgraded me to a better model. I paid the difference in which they gave me a 10% discount of their own volition. A very reputable, reliable store. I would be happy to purchase products from here again, and it was worth the drive in. Very pleased with my new product.

Items from my order were clearly used beforehand, yet I paid full price for them expecting them to be brand new. This is a sdcondhand store marketing as brand new? Not cool. There were also clips missing from my scrim which made it unuseable. There was also an item out of stock that I had ordered. Not the end of the world but I can see from other reviews that this happens much more often than it should. I dont trust this place. I dont think its well run. I dont think you should spend your money here as I dont think you will be getting what you paid for. Its that simple. Im also pretty sure they list a lot of great deals on their website, that are all out of stock. They do this intentionally so it looks like they have great pricing, but in reality every single one of these deals is out of stock (I took another look on their website to confirm this, you can do the same if you're interested) it's sneaky and unethical. No I do not recommend this shop. There are better options in Sydney that do not sell you secondhand items.

Last Saturday I visited Photo Shop Studio as my Godox Studio light had fallen over and was damaged. It needed to have a the power socket replaced. By Thursday I had my repaired light back fully repaired for a very reasonable price. Great service!

Do not use. Ordered a backdrop for a shoot in Wollongong. The delivery window was 3-7 days so I ordered it so that the 7th day was the day before I was flying out from the UK for it. No sign of it when I arrived so I called the shop who told me the delivery window was only an estimate (it doesn’t say this anywhere on website or checkout) so it wasn’t their fault as it’s with the courier. Given shipping cost $99 it shouldn’t take 10 days and counting to get this from Sydney to Wollongong yet still no sign of the product or an offer of a refund despite now not having it for the shoot, several days after it was supposed to have arrived. Edit following the owner response about being a public car park: If you type in the delivery address to both Apple and Google maps, the correct address comes up and below it in the options there is also a car park linked to the building - for $99 for a delivery from Sydney to Wollongong, you would expect them to find a standard address within the advertised timeframes. Still no offer of a refund despite the product now being returned to them so essentially stealing money now.

Click and collected a softbox and the order was confirmed pretty much asap. Picked it up, was surprised by the amount of equipment and accessories in store. Reasonable prices. Nonchalant customer service though which wasn’t a bother for me as I wasn’t seeking advice.

Great shop for photography accessories! Fast delivery and excellent communication—absolutely no drama! I recently ordered an electric dehumidifier for my camera dry box, and the price was even cheaper than Amazon AU and Temu. The item arrived within two days in its original sealed packaging. I highly recommend this store to professional and serious photographers.

I was able to find some reasonably priced clothing although there were some things a little overpriced. It was a bit crowded in the store but I was told they will be moving to another I placed an online order for a few small things. One of the items I had in my order was out of stock and after a quick email from the Customer service department to ask if they could swap it out for an alternative model at no extra charge, I received my order promptly with the upgraded items!! It was a fantastic experience and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Thank you for going above and beyond and fixing the problem before I even knew there was one!! soon. Hopefully it will be a bigger location. There was a good selection of art in the form of African carvings and statues.
