Highly recommend choosing bittersweet cakes for any event. Bittersweet cakes made my sisters wedding cake and it was delicious, I have never seen and tasted such a flawless cake. Amazing is all I can say... Monique made my sons Christening cake and not only did it look absolutely gorgeous it tasted AMAZING! The staff at the venue barely made it out of the kitchen without my guests swamping them for 2nd and 3rd serves.... I recieved so many compliments! Ive since had Monique make my sons 1st birthday cake and my 30th. Thank you so much Monique for your professionalism and your extreme talent. Will soon be in touch for our next cake!
