I emailed Jess with a bunch of questions and within a few hours I had them answered and my order was placed and delivered within a few days. I am beyond impressed with the quality and detail of their work. Who would of thought styrofoam could be so impressive!! I attempted to book an item from Styro Boss Creative Foam Studio recently, and on attempting to book and pay for the item after initial discussion, I found that it had been booked by someone else. There was no communication from Styro to inform me of any potential booking interest that would prevent me from locking in the item for my event and subsequently I have had my time wasted and now have to source items with very limited time before my son's birthday. Communication is the key to a good Customer Experience, and this was missing, so I have been left with a very bad experience instead.
