My wife and I cannot go past penrith party hire without talking about their products we used for our wedding. They made the experience oh hiringt he equipment just as easy. Just by asking what we were looking for, what was the event, shown us all the different varieties they had and how it was all cleaned before and after. Highly recommend them for any big or small event!

We hired chairs, tables, table covers and speaks for an event. the speakers did not work on the day so we didn’t end up using them, when we told the boss he said that he doesn’t issue refunds and he communicated that he would be happy to take the $100 off the next time we hire. when we hired the second time around after a couple of months no discount was added, i picked up the chairs and tables and attempted to drop them off on saturday when i was finished with them as the boss said that someone would be there in the morning on saturday. however, no one was there. i called up on monday to try sort out drop off or delivery and was spoken to very rudely by the lady in the office. she was not being understanding of the fact that we couldn’t drop off the tables and chairs during the week due to work, and because the office closes at 5pm. not only was i not compensated for the fact that the speakers didn’t work, an additional $100 bond was not returned because i didn’t return the tables and chairs during the week. very bad customer service and they have lost me as a customer

Fantastic products and service. From the staff in the office to the delivery/ pickup staff they are all so patient, efficient and professional the team are absolutely amazing.

This place is the best, so lovely and accommodating. Went above and beyond for my wedding!!! Would not recommend anyone else!
