purchased this helium balloon from lombards on december 13th, and was told it would last a couple of days before deflating. well, nearly 2 months later it is still going strong

Had an amazing experience with the all the staff there. All extremely friendly and willing to fill up balloons last minute for us unlike Spotlight. 10/10 recommend spending a little extra and getting not only the amazing customer service but also great products.

Absolutely the most dodgy party hire place I’ve ever dealt with. I called Lombard’s before going in and was told it would be $25 total for five chairs at $5 each. Simple, right? Nope. When we walked out with the receipt and checked it later, they’d slapped on a $30 "handling fee" – more than the chair hire itself! This fee was never once mentioned on the phone, not at the counter, nowhere. Complete scam tactics. I even called back and spoke with Jess, who was completely useless. She admitted she couldn’t refund the fee and just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem. Incompetent and unprofessional. This place is dodgy as hell. Hidden fees, no transparency, and zero accountability. If you don’t want to be ripped off, do not hire from here.

Great place to pick up your party gear or for that special occasion. Plates, balloons, costumes too mant items to mention. Or you may like to check out the great selection of halloween, christmas or football themes they have. Staff are friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have.

Staff here are just generally really lovely. They don't hover around you or ask if you need help, but if you ask someone to help you, they're great, and super helpful.

This store is amazing. They have absolutely everything that you need for a party. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for all your party needs.
