Kennards Hire Narre Warren is a great place to hire equipment. I’ve hired a lawn mower, whipper snipper, and a blower from them. The whipper snipper didn’t work initially, but when I went back to the store, the team fixed the issue immediately and even extended my hire time. They provided excellent, professional, and friendly customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to hire reliable equipment and deal with helpful staff!

The service that I received was outstanding. I hired a jackhammer and the young man who served me provided the exact equipment for the job. It saved me so much time that it was well and truly worth it.

We hired a 100mm wood chipper from Kennards Hire Narre Warren last Saturday. It worked perfectly until about 3 PM when it started having issues. We called and spoke to Charles, who advised us to bring it back the next morning as they were closing soon. On Sunday morning, while towing the chipper back on our ute, it slipped at the tow bar during a U-turn and fell onto the highway. Thankfully, a few people helped us secure it safely on the roadside. We called Charles immediately, and he quickly arranged for a mechanic with all the necessary parts and tools to come to our location. The mechanic arrived within 30 minutes and repaired the machine on the spot. When we returned to Kennards, Charles gave us another chipper so we could finish our work and allowed us to return it Monday morning. When we brought it back, he told us everything was fine. We were expecting a big charge for the broken parts and the mobile mechanic service, but Charles informed us that the manager had decided Kennards would cover the cost. The service we received was absolutely outstanding. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! We’ll definitely return to Kennards Hire for all our future property renovation needs. Highly recommended!
