Rental Matchmaker

A Hugh thank you to Michael and Alexis for the devotion in finding a suitable property for our family. Service was great from our initial conversation about what we were looking for. Alice and I are very satisfied with the service we received, from Rental Matchmakers. Their assistance through preparing our submitting and acting on our behalf was professional and beneficial to us finding the best property possible. Thank you Rental Matchmakers!!

Michael was great to deal with. Alexis, prior to signing, was polite and easy to communicate with, we had nice back-and-forth conversations. However, once we signed, the communication shifted. Responses became short and abrupt, and when we requested a refund the interaction felt disrespectful and not customer service focused at all, from Alexis side. In addition, the pet resume product isn’t worth $110 in my opinion. The layout can easily be recreated on Google Docs, and the wording can be generated using AI for free.

Michael and Alexis were an absolute Godsend for us relocating from WA. We are a family of five with small children and our own businesses and they were able to secure us a home less than two weeks of engaging with them. They took away all the overwhelm of finding a home in another state - they compiled and wrote up our application, sourced properties that matched our requirements, attended inspections, liaised with property managers and advocated for us. Their communication was outstanding and their diligence and commitment to finding us a home was beyond our wildest expectations. Not only are they excellent at their job but they seem like wonderful people who build and maintain great relationships with those they work with. My husband and I highly recommend their business to anyone wanting to secure a rental in a competitive market, or want to simply take the overwhelm out of relocating. Thanks again Michael and Alexis.

Thank you Michael and Alexis. It was a privilege to have had you both help our family secure our new rental property.
