Party Planet

Thank you Amy and Kelly, they were absolutely perfect. I’m so glad I gave you free rain on the design it was spot on. 🫶🏼 even the family are now wanting me to do the balloons and cake for every event in the future. Have you?

I called on Tuesday from Melbourne and ordered 2x bags of Italian flags $5 each bag. I spoke to someone and said l needed these flags by Friday. I paid $40 dollars for the postage and was advised by the staff member that it’s what we charge. I asked will it be expressed posted and she said yes it will be in the post that day. Well they didn’t put it express post but have trucked it and since Wednesday is still in Queensland Gold Coast so my tiny parcel is on a truck still in Queensland and it’s now Friday. So if this had if been put it in an express post bag l would have definitely received it as in time for our baby shower. We don’t need these flags now and definitely want a full refund. I called twice today being Friday 6th Feb and no help and didn’t even call me back. Baby shower is tomorrow 7th so please give me my money back

I was initially worried about getting a balloon delivery since I live in the US and wasn’t really familiar with this business. I was pleasantly surprised! Kelly was lovely, and super responsive. (I was having issues with the website for some reason.) She was extraordinarily helpful, professional, and friendly. The only thing was that my delivery didn’t happen until the end of the day, due to location. I would’ve paid extra for it to have been there earlier, but that was a minor situation. The delivery arrived when it was was supposed to and was lovely! I’m sure I’ll be using them again!

Thank you so much for your help with party supplies and balloons for my daughters 21st! Amazing staff! Very helpful !

Party Planet was able to arrange a Balloon bouquet for our hotel room for our daughter’s 11th birthday they were quick, friendly and such great service. It was delivered to our hotel on time and our daughter was so surprised! She loved the colours and arrangement. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

I’ve been to this place twice in 2 weeks and the staff has not let me down! Very professional, helpful and suggestive of party add ons. Just a tip thou, decide what you are after before going into the shop as it can get pretty intense with all the marchándose that is on offer, if not I suggest going in one day just to look around at the wares . Please note thou parking can be a problem.

Kelly and the team at Party Planet have been my go to party place for 4 years now. I get in touch with them for every event or occasion with very little idea of what I want (and no idea how to explain it clearly) and they turn it into something truly magical. They are patient, super creative and such hardworkers. They take pride in what they do and absolutely smash it. Am always recommending these guys to friends who need help for an event. Keep up the fantastic work!!
