Don’t go here (salon) for a tint if you want lighter brows. 2 days ago I got eyebrow threading and a tint. I said multiple times to only tint them if they have a very light colour (as I am blonde with light regrowth) they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Tint went on and of course it was black. After 3 rounds of scrubbing the tint off with what smelt like alcohol, and feeling immense burning (which I advised the staff of) I now have an inflamed eyebrow with significant scabbing that hurts to even put water on. They did not charge me for the tint as I was unhappy with it, but I will not be returning in future due to the damage that was caused.

Do not recommend for eyelash extensions. Glue the extensions to my bottom lashes so had to pick them apart. Pulling on my natural lashes, very thick adhesive which scratches and irritates eye and they easily Fall out. MUCH better to do lashes elsewhere also they are pushy with sales

My mum just came back from getting her eyebrows shaped and tinted they messed up and she got the lady to fix them but was still unhappy with them. Was meant to be light drown as she is blond/grey and they are extremely dark brown with chunks of dried dye on her skin. We have tried washing and scrubbing them but no luck

Went in to get my eyebrows done today, tthe lady did not speak nor pay attention to any of my requests, she sat me down and started on one brow and then went to get assistance from another lady, both of them spent 15 minutes doing my eyebrows and untimately messed them up. Lots of cuts and bleeding, absolutely awful job, both my eyebrows were very uneven, as they did not listen to any of my requests and when I mentioned it, they told me eyebrows are always supposed to be uneven as they had aleady messed it up - too late for them to fix up! Very dissaposinted in both their service and customer service, would never reccommend!

Mina helped with my eyebrows today after having them done at another store and was very dissatisfied with the end results as the forst place left me with stains and uneven eyebrow. Mina fixed them up and I walked out of her northlakes store very happy with her service that she provided

I had lash extensions placed before an event. My lashes must have been oily because the extensions came off quicker than I expected. I got in touch with the team, and they were very responsive to my concerns. The team rectified the issue for me with a new service free of charge for my troubles. I saw Meena for my lash lift and tint, hers and the rest of the team’s attitude was exceptional. My outcome was beautiful and I always feel beautiful after leaving their clinic. Super happy with the customer service and outcomes here.

Got a Brazilian wax 3 weeks ago and I remember coming home the same day & told my partner to double check my ‘girl’ as it was my first time getting waxed there and unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as I thought. Some hairs were still left on there. Don’t remember the lady’s name, only her face she was kind but didn’t really do a good job on me.
