A older lady helped me pick out a straightener Thursday night for my hair type. my GHD died after 6 years of usage so I knew what qualities I liked. I mentioned my price range was nothing over 200, she showed me a few products but sold me on the 119$ one. It works immaculately on my thick curly hair it’s one pass approved. I go over it multiple times as I do have a lot of hair and frizzy curly hair at that. Absolutely amazing service and I will be coming back often for my hair tools and products. Such friendly and professional staff. Attached is a photo of the final result!! Only took me 10 minutes with sectioning!!

Charlotte and the girls are absolute rock stars! I came in with no confidence BUT left feeling 10 years younger! From the moment I sat in the chair I felt listened to and at ease. I have been going to the north lakes hairhouse salon for 6 years now and the girls there never disappoint, Daisy who normally does my hair is always open with communication on what we doing with my hair including guiding me through my toner and hair color to make sure I’m happy with the color I have , I always love my hair by the end of every visit always feeling Bonita 🙂 ,Daisy is very professional and fantastic at what she dose including a precision hair cut as I am quite particular on who and how my hair is cut and she never disappoints!! , I had my extension ponytail done by charlotte today with an ombré effect (dark to light) and she guided me through of how far to bring the dark into it , to make it look more natural and I LOVE IT !!!! I’m happy with how it all turned out in the end. Daisy , Charlotte and Katie are very knowledgeable in what they do, I cannot recommend this team/salon enough I have been to some shitty hairdressers in the past and these girls have great communication skills and an understanding of what the client is wanting or trying to achieve without feeling like your being pressured into anything, 🙂

The girls in the salon are amazing especially Charlotte who gave me a fantastic cut. Katie washed my hair and gives the best head massages and Daisy is always a barrel of laughs. Highly recommend and will always come back

Had such a great experience at this store! The staff were so friendly and made the whole appointment super easy and relaxed. I was wanting a balayage inspired look and it turned out even better than I expected, meanwhile my hair still remains so healthy. You can tell they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about the results. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic customer service by Katie at the North Lakes Hair House Warehouse today. I was looking for hair products that were hydrating, volume and colour lock. Katie’s friendly and informative customer service today is rare to find and very much appreciated.
