Excellent and prompt service from The Mobile Savers. Price was much better than their competitors in the centre, my broken screen was attended to immediately and repaired while we went shopping for an hour or so. Definitely worth getting a quote from them for any phone problems. Highly recommended.

Seth was honestly incredible. From the moment we approached him, he was warm, friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. He’s one of those rare people who is instantly easy to like genuine, approachable, and clearly passionate about helping customers. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his customer service was next level. Seth 100% deserves a pay rise for the way he treats people and represents the business. If every employee was like him, the world would be a better place. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Today we were so well looked after by Seth and James when purchasing our new phone accessories they took the time to show and provide all the details to make a huge difference in our understanding. Got my iPhone 13 screen replaced here with an LCD one — and it’s amazing! The colors are softer, no more harsh flickering, and my eyes feel much more comfortable. The staff were patient and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this place, especially for anyone sensitive to OLED screens.

Checked a few places in the centre and these guys were the only ones I could find that didn't want to send my Motorola off to be fixed or have to wait multiple weeks for the screen. They had the screen in the following day and repaired it that same afternoon. Very happy!

Partner went in and ordered a Battery Replacement as well as a screen protector. Ordered and paid in full on the Saturday and was told to come in Tuesday and it should be there. We checked in a week later as we asked if we could just pop back next weekend and was told that would be fine, only to find out the battery was never ordered. At this point, they reassured us to come back Wednesday as they had other deliveries come in and wasn't sure why that wasn't here yet (probably because it was never ordered in the first place.) We decided to go back the Wednesday only to be told it still isn't in. Nearly 2 weeks now and nothing!! We decided to get a refund as this was pathetic on multiple workers, lucky for us another phone store had a battery in stock and screen saver and managed to still do it cheaper on that day. Won't be back that's for sure

Service is very ordinary with no care factor for the item we bought back that is faulty. All we got was a very lame sorry guys cant do anything for you. I was not happy with being addressed that way from a young male person and no resolution.
