The man i had rushed me through, i treated myself to a mani pedi, which i dont often do. my nails are all filed terrible, i had to come home and refile them. The pedicure was just practically him filling for 2 seconds and then painting them quickly. Dissapointed.
Terrible acrylic nails. Refused to refund and became nasty when I requested one although they agreed to refund me over the phone when I called them. Also charged me more than they told me it would cost for my daughters mini pedicure. They also claim to have "big signs" in the salon that they do not refund, however no signs were seen and they could not tell me where they are. Do not recommend.
Received a really nice set of nails from the ladies that work here.. unfortunately two nails broke but they were super happy to replace them free of charge… awesome customer service!!
I had my own nails painted with shalac.. they last for 6 to 7 weeks usually. But this time I went back after 1 week because nail polish was chipping then rang again after 2 and half weeks because more were chipping and was told I would have to pay to get them done again. Staff very pleasant when things good but Very rude this time and I'm disappointed ....we won't be back
I have been a long time customer and my mail tech Leanne always does an amazing job. I would give more than 5 🌟 if I could!
Got in relatively quickly, even though they were quite busy. Lovecare and attention and very happy with my pedicure and pretty purple shellac. Very quick and efficient with their work too.
