Vinnies West Ryde

I regularly come here with my kids. They have a good collection of toys and books. The prices seem to have risen recently, but then I wouldn't know how Pierce second hand stuff accurately. I have still found some great deals and the kids enjoy spending their pocket money.

A large op shop with a good range of things, men's, women's, & kids clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, furniture, art, books. Always fun to see what's new

Last Sun 19/5/24 I bought two ladies bag in this shop and when paying for them one of the counter staff (with dark skin tone) was very rude and scrutinized/searched my purchases inside out as if I was buying them too cheap or priced too low. Her rude facial expression and attitude disgusted me, who was she to treat customers like that? General prices in Vinnies already sky-rocketed and set by staff who had no idea the realistic worth but we still buy there for a charity reason, but not there to be offended like that. I regularly buy from Vinnies for charity reason and I spend a few hundred dollars a month over there in average. But some of their staff made me sick and I am not coming back to Vinnies again if they keep staff who treat customers so poorly.

it's the complaint of all op shops nowadays, but utterly ridiculous pricing. saw a yoga mat with a hole chewed through it for $4. you can get this light for $60 more new with warranty. it's like they don't know kmart and marketplace exist. with everything being sold "as is" you even get better peace of mind on marketplace as sellers will usually help you out if it turns out the item has a fault. sadly not even worth the petrol to come out there.

Good service and positive environment, however I overheard an employee telling an elderly woman that a necklace she wanted to purchase wouldn’t fit her, then she continued to ask me if I had wanted it. I found that a little bit rude, but other than that I thought the service was nice. I bought a nice sweater from here, good quality, good price & looked new

Used to love shopping here but went in acouple weeks ago and must be new Management, it used to be good but now no Hello or smile when I walked in, The shop was empty and no cardigans or jackets under $30 All jackets are $30-$50 Absolutely disgustingly high prices I hope West Ryde Vinnies is ashamed and embarrassed Cheap brands like Shein and Target are being sold for triple the price here Do yourself a favor and just go to Save The Children across the road. 10x more friendly and affordable prices than West Ryde Vinnies

My mother and I go to Vinnies West Ryde every 6 weeks or so., sometimes just me! The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the range of items is fabulous … something for everyone and laid out very well with plenty of space for customers to move about. Always a fun outing coming home with some little treasures and there would be very few people who couldn’t find something to suit their taste.
