I had a dreadful experience at this "jewller". It has broken my heart and I really wish I had never walked in that door. I have an old silver barrel shaped amulet, which I wear on a silver necklace. It has been 47 years in my care. It has immense sentimental value. I told the "jewellers" this. A tiny silver ball came off one end of the barrel, so I took it to "Annabelle's" to see if it could be replicated and repaired. Maybe the size of a pin head. Told me it could be done. Weeks later I walked in to ask for it, but it still wasn't repaired. So I waited and was told days later to come and pick it up as it was done. OMG!!! It was cracked from a hole that was bored in it. When I pointed this out, the response was that it was old and these things happen! I can't get it wet, swimming or showering, so it can no longer stay on my neck 24/7. There was no apology at all and they charged $100 to destroy it!! HEARTBROKEN 💔

I have bought jewellery from this store when it was Alexander's Jewellers. The service was always great, as was the price. I'm pleased to say the new owners are just as good. I went in today to have the clasp on my diamond bracelet tightened, fully intending to leave it there and pay when I picked it up. Instead, one of the ladies took the bracelet inside for a minute and came out with the clasp tightened. She would not accept any payment. I will be going back. Great service.
