I came into the store in July looking for a particular ski boot however the fit was not right, Alpsport were able to find a more suitable boot for a similar price. The boot fitter took his time to measure and suggest which boots would suit my foot shape. Highly recommend.

I recently had my son fitted for ski boots by Moyston ( i think thats his name) He provided us with all the information and options and we eventually found a boot that was comfortable. He was patient and attentive. We are still yet to try them on the slopes .but very confident with his helpful fitting and recommendation ..

Paul was awesome!!! I had a tough time deciding on the sizes and he was super patient and took his time explaining to me about the different boards, sizes, ride style, etc. shared his personal stories which were very fun to listen to as well. I’d say if you are new to snowboarding and skiing this is a very good place to start your search for some gears 🙂

I bought an expensive pair of nice (Scarpa) walking boots from our local camping/ outdoor store. I recently needed to make a warranty claim about these boots; however, that store has since ceased to exist, and the Scarpa parent company (in Europe) was not responding to our e-mail... 🙁 We contacted Alpsport (Snow & Outdoor store) in West Ryde, and were absolutely delighted with the willingness to assist that we found in Paul and John (members of the professional, friendly and helpful Alpsport team). They submitted a Warranty claim on our behalf and, soon after, were able to send me a new/ replacement pair of these very nice boots. Service like we experienced from Alpsport is so very welcome, and often in short supply. We cannot recommend the team at Alpsport too highly.

I have been shopping here for decades. Excellent, friendly service, and super knowledgable staff. And their prices are very competitive as well.

Although the entrance is small and unassuming, once you step inside, you'll find a wonderful assortment of everything you could ever want. It's truly a delightful shop!

If you are looking to purchase a ski boot, I would highly recommend you put Alpsport top of your list and make an appointment with Mark. He has to be the best bootfitter in Sydney. He is extremely knowledgeable, humble and patient. He helped me select my first ski boot with a snug fit that I was looking for after. The rest of the team were equally helpful. Paul made a special order for a boot with a particular color I had mind. Someone from the store contacted me as soon as the the boots were arrived. I commend Paul and John on having such a good team when it comes to the buying the most important ski equipment - ski boots.
