Felt incredibly disappointed going in here. My boyfriend and I walked in, and I asked the lady about engagement rings, as I wanted to work out my ring size, gem cut etc. as most people who go in asking about these things, it’s their first time. I asked about these things, wasn’t sure if an appointment was necessary to work out. She asked me to repeat myself, so I did, and then looked at me like I was speaking a different language; and overall made me feel as if I was stupid for asking, and said "You just find a ring and ask to try it." She just provided no assistance at all…decided to leave and go next door to Mystique Jewellers who were amazing, helped me figure out my ring size, showed me all the diamond cuts and let me see what I liked. A lot more helpful than the lady at Angus & Coote. Please have more kindness and learn better customer service skills.

They sell high quality jewellery that lasts. A little expensive but what jewellery store isn’t. Friendly staff and happy atmosphere.

We have spent a collective of approx $9000 instore for our engagement and wedding rings. Our wedding is 3 weeks away and my engagement ring arrived in store after it's last clean and dip prior to the wedding day. I went in store to collect and was served by the STORE MANAGER, mentioned I wasn't wearing the ring until the wedding day so could I please have a bag to put it in so it's not lost whilst I do some more running around in the complex. The store manager replied 'no we don't do that for cleans' I'm sure you could supply a bag for any piece of jewellery that leaves your store whether it is a new purchase, repair or clean. This is EXTREMELY disappointing considering the large amount of money we have spent in store.
