Came here hoping to find a place that could resize my ring that I had gotten from another store and they were diligent with the process and let me know there may be a slight delay of 3 weeks instead of their usual 1 week as it was just after Christmas. Just collected it today after only having to wait a week and a half! They’ve done an incredible job and they cleaned it too! My ring looks brand new! A chain jewellery store quoted me about $300 for a resize and said it would take 6-8 weeks, this resize was only $75 and was done earlier than anyone anticipated. So so happy and will be recommending these guys to anyone I can! Thank you all again!
Patrick Jewellers is the only Jeweller I go to. They stock a large range of unique quality Jewellery. Their experienced Jeweller does lovely quality work. My engagement and wedding band were hand made through Patrick's. The workmanship is incredible. I am currently getting a bangle handmade through Patrick Jewellers using my old gold. I would recommend the lovely staff, they have been very helpful and welcoming.

Customer service was 2nd to none. The staff member ( sorry, her name has slipped my mind ) was welcoming, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. They had an excellent selection of the items I was looking for, and the transaction was efficient. All in all, it was a pleasant experience 😀 . I will be a returning customer and hope that they keep up the great old-fashioned service standards and values, which is missing at the jewellery chain stores. Have been a fantastic team from start to finish with a custom made ring with a family stone from myself and stones sourced by them.
No local on site jeweller as I was led to believe. And both repairs sent away to be done came back wrong.Although most of the staff were friendly and tried to help, I won’t be back.
