Mark did a superb job on both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I had originally brought my engagement ring to him because it was an heirloom piece and one of the prongs had snapped. Mark conducted an expert evaluation and had all the stones reclawed securely for a decent price. I went from being a bit ehh about the ring to absolutely loving it! We trusted Mark and the Waldemar team so much that we came back for our wedding bands. Mark was patient and professional guiding my now husband through the selection and measurement of his ring and worked with our timelines to have everything ready for the wedding day.
