Amazing experience from start to finish. Had a bespoke ring done in just over 2weeks. Dealt with Afsana and she was amazing. We had find to a different jeweller and ordered a custom ring and 4 weeks later we hadn't heard anything and they kept making changes. Ended canceling that on going to Diamon Factory. My partner was so upset with her experience at the other place but Afsana managed to put a smile back on her face. She loves the ring. Thank you for great service, value and communication.

I edited my review and gave 5-stars for the way things turned out. I got couple of emails on my order, tracking, authenticity and got two calls from the sales agent directly attending to my query. The exquisite piece arrived today by DHL, beautifully packed in DF signature bag and box inside. I can’t wait to adorn it!!

got a beautiful ring about a month ago. It wasn't a surprise because my husband knows I'm so picky 🙃. First I browsed online for different stores, I noticed that The Diamond Factory has lots of different unique designs and definitely the best price. I emailed them to book an appointment, they replied within a day. When I went to the store, I met Nancy who was amazing. The design I wanted didn't look as good as I expected on me but I found one that looks fabulous. I was indecisive because there were different amazing rings and lots of options to choose from. Nancy helped me through the process with her opinion and experience. Not just the design, but also the diamond and the setting metal type. Also Fiona was really helpful. My overall experience was perfect. I choose the ring and they said it would be ready in 3 weeks time. I got an email exactly 3 weeks after saying my ring is ready. I booked an appointment and I saw the ring which is absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend

I ordered custom diamond earrings online - never received an order confirmation and they then told me it takes 5 days to even send an acknowledgement (never received), then the earrings turn up with no valuation report or diamond certificate and no response on their live chats or their email to get this resolved and it’s been over a month!
