I have been a long term customer of Proud’s . Today I was especially happy with the services of the ladies in the store. They all helped me to select my purchase in the most lady like way. It is always a pleasure to shop with you. And thanks for the support over the years with weddings, engagements. And gifts for friends.

On 17/10/2025, my partner and I visited Proud Jewellery on Pitt Street and were served by Mrs. Mohini. We were extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service, especially with the watches. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the features, movement, and warranty clearly. I felt very comfortable, respected, and never rushed during the process. The transaction was smooth, and the watch was handled with care from start to finish. Highly recommended — trustworthy store and excellent service!

Lady that served me was nice and polite. I was surprised to know that they only have one piece of each watch to sell and they sold me the demo version of GShock GRB 300. On top I was given a box with wrong model number for g shock , was told that is how it comes and is random . Proud needs to step up their game and improve the buying experience. Below average buying experience. Staff did try to help me and all were very accommodating.

I had a such wonderful experience at Prouds City store! A sales lady called Irene went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect ring, taking the time to check and measuring my size regarding my special order. I went to collect my ring today. It is absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Also what really stood out was the genuine care and patience Irene and her team showed throughout the process—it made the whole experience so special for me! Thank you again for your excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back and will highly recommend your store to my family and friends!

Went in to have my watch resized and even though I didn’t purchase from Prouds they were able to make an exception and made the whole experience such a breeze. Abby was so lovely and helpful, I would definitely recommend just for the lovely service!

Amazing Customer Service - I had a recent experience at Prouds where Dimitra, a lovely young lady and the store manager, helped me with genuine kindness and professionalism. They were incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful service these days. I truly appreciate it.

Excellent service! I came here twice last week. The first time, Sophia (Sophie?) helped me and was so so helpful and kind! Then, I came back two days later and Emily helped me. So sweet as well! Both ladies were so helpful and wonderful. I had such a wonderful experience here both times and bought a couple things. I'm tempted to come back and buy more- they were so courteous and patient with my questions. So worth it to come in in person. I saw a couple things I liked online, but in person I bought some other things as well....careful. The same thing might happen to you! The Christmas sale is incredible!
