I had the most exceptional shopping experience in Sydney at Australian Opal Cutters and Pearl Divers. I first met with Prami, back in late 2024 when I was looking for a nice opal to fit to a ring of my Grandma for her 100th Birthday just before Christmas. Prami found a beautiful stone which they cut to size and made a wonderful gift which my Grandma absolutely loved. Last year, I went to see Prami again to find opal earrings and a ring for my wife for her 50th Birthday. It took me a while to find the perfect stones with Prami’s assistance. I deeply thank her for her patience and commitment. Then, Jason proposed us a stunning custom-made jewellery design for both the earrings and ring, which was perfectly matching with my vision. The outcome was absolutely superb and my wife fell in love with her opal earrings and ring. But what I wanted to highlight, beyond the amazing purchasing experience, is the deep kindness and wonderful relationship I have developed with both Prami and Jason, which I would almost qualify as mystic. As I was going through a difficult period of my life, they did not hesitate to assist me with their blessings and prayers which I am profoundly grateful of. There are no words to describe how delighted I was to have my nearly 40 year old opal engagement ring polished to absolute perfection. Jason quoted over the phone, polished it while I waited and the results were astounding. Utterly overwhelming. Impeccable service. We were even offered bottles of water while we waited as it was a hot day. A treasure trove of beautiful and interesting jewels and other items. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Will definitely be returning. So many thanks.

ok service and opals slightly overpriced, price for tourists, it looks looks like u are expected to negotiate the price with them (which i regretted not doing so) and afterall the price for a tiny stone on the ring looks to be 1.5-2times marked up, feel like im paying for the tourist tax and the certificate lol (the stone do looks pretty but still very much marked ip). the staff did not suggest to check out other products for purchase knowing i depart from australia soon, kinda shows they only do one-time tourist marked up business, go if u are a good bargainer

Beautiful opal jewelry! My boyfriend has ordered from them twice. First experience was great we got what we ordered but the ring band broke within the first year of it. The second time he ordered from Australia opal cutters, they sent 2 of the 3 rings in the wrong size, and we emailed them to let them know and they never fixed the issue or gave us a solution in fact, they never responded to the last email that we sent them about the rings being the wrong size so we will not be ordering from them again and I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very disappointed because their jewelry is so very pretty. I absolutely love their opal jewelry!
