Could not recommend diamond emporium enough! As a Melbourne customer, the service from Marie was amazing, I was kept up to date through out the whole process, it was so quick and easy. Delivery took 1-2 days and when I received the ring, I was in total shock. The Mrs was too scared to wear it. It exceeded our expectations and I’m extremely happy I took the risk with purchasing our engagement ring and wedding band from this company. I had purchased them 1 year apart and both times the hospitality was above and beyond. Dealing with me can sometimes be difficult but they were so easy going it made me really comfortable with them. Extremely satisfied!

I can't put into words how amazing Diamond Emporium is - I had the pleasure of dealing with Bec and she exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted and searched around all of Sydney for the stone and ring of my dreams!. From day one Bec was kind, friendly, and professional - Bec made me feel comfortable with asking questions, explained the ring making process to me and when I viewed my stone in person she talked me through everything, showed me the GIA number and explained what everything means about a diamond and the certificates ect, The Price was even more incredible! My ring turned out even more BEAUTIFUL than i could imagine. I am in absolute awe of her and cant wait to wear it for the rest of my life! I can't speak more highly of Bec and Diamond Emporium!!

Such a hidden gem! Diamond Emporium was recommended by a work colleague. My husband and I met with the team to design a dress ring for our daughter's 16th birthday. We had a really great experience. They talked us through the options - the band, the overall design, the gold options and the stone setting. It was a relaxed, no-pressure experience and after the design meeting, we left feeling really confident that the ring was going to be gorgeous. We were not disappointed - they did a fantastic job in record time and at a competitive price. Our daughter loves the ring. Absolutely amazing experience with Diamond Emporium! After my partner and I got engaged, I knew straight away I wanted my engagement ring to be designed here as my sister also got hers designed by DE and it is a beautifully designed ring and a stunning diamond. This place is amazing to shop rings for your better half , my partner bought my customised engagement ring and wedding band from here after going through few jewellers . The entire team is so supportive, helpful, efficient in their business and responsible, they are understanding and responding to every single question straight away , I was a hell of a customer when my ring didn’t look the way I wanted it to I , I was so stressed and devastated but the entire team was so supportive and reassured me that they will get it fixed hence they had to make it from scratch again and when I received it , it was amazing magical just the way I picture they made it come true .
