Its 30/11/2024 ,I just returned my clothes purchased online. I have been told its a whole lot to return and then around 1:15 pm the staff on the counter, in a very short hair totall ignored me and the other staff who was on the counter and busy with the customer asked her to serve me. She was very rude and angry to see that I have 9 items to return. She aggressively said that its a whole lot to return and next time if i want to buy come to the shop dont buy online. I was so freaked out and really wanted to just go out from the shop. I came to return and shop again but beacause of this lady I really don't want to shop either on line or from store. Then they tried to trick me at the time of scanning my items when 3rs lady stepped in. I'm sure that she was the manager and she was nice. She asked those two staff ladies, one with the glasses and other one with short hair.... that whats the problem. They said they are checking if there in any return limit on items.... like they can return half today and half tomorrow.I told them that I read your return policy and there is no return limit on items. Then the manager the nice one.... started clearing me that No its the computer and then bank not online policy thing. I told them that Im from IT if they need my help. Anyways those 10 minutes very so stressful for me standing and seeing that short hair lady in a v bad mood. They had plenty of room and 2 counters to serve other customers. It was not v busy. I just wanted to pass a msg from this review that you ppl taking your job as granted. There are many ppl out having no work. So do you work properly, be good to your customers, treat them with respect and welcome them with your beautiful smile, no matter they are returning how many items. Just do ur job. Thanks
