I am disappointed with the level of after-sales service I received. While the sales experience was positive, my concerns about the product were not handled professionally. I was given minimal information and directed elsewhere instead of being supported by the seller. This was frustrating and disappointing as a customer. In my experience, the customer service at this jewellery shop was extremely disappointing. When I purchased the product the salesperson was very friendly and attentive. However, after I contacted the shop regarding a problem with the product, the attitude changed completely. I was spoken to rudely, given little to no information, and told to contact the manufacturer myself to request a refund rather than being assisted by the shop that sold me the item. I felt dismissed and unsupported as a customer. Based on my experience, the after-sales service here is very poor, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this shop to others.
