I used to go here all the time as a kid, and today I found myself in the shop again after all these years. It still feels like the same magical, fantasy world I remember. I couldn’t resist getting a little fairy for my sister. When we were younger, she had a whole collection of them because her name, Parisa, actually means "like a fairy." Such a lovely place that brings back the best memories!

Flora was amazing help. Had to find a chain for a medal of mine and she took the time out to show me all of the different options and also to help me with the fidgety bits of getting the medal on the chain. No issues 5/5

The amazing customer service and care taken towards each sale by the gorgeous Antoinette and all her staff makes one want to keep coming back for more. A haven for both window shoppers and serious buyers, Nik Nak is the heart of Randwick!

Such a beautiful store. I always have such a lovely experience coming in and seeing what treasures I can find, and the ladies in the store are always so helpful. Shopping online is also such a seamless experience, and I've found the customer service in relation to all of my enquiries to be excellent! I also love knowing I'm supporting a female founded and owned local business.

What a beautiful shop! We had a wonderful time looking around and choosing jewellery and homewares. Charlotte’s customer service was fantastic with being attentive however allowing space for pondering and deciding. We will be back to visit next time we are in Randwick, and it’s lovely to support a family owned business!

I came into the store today to look for body jewellery (something they don't sell) but the gorgeous ladies in Nik Nak went out of their way to create a bespoke body chain for me! I can't begin to explain how creative that is! Highly recommend Nik Nak in Randwick as the first port of call if you are looking for gift ideas, especially jewellery.
