Being non binary and queer it’s always so hard to find places where I feel comfortable but I always feel at home here, I always come in when I’m at penrith and at this point every worker there knows me! One time Kim spent an entire TWO HOURS helping me, giving me advice, and making sure I was happy 🙂 Ebony is always so kind and I love our little chats, and Hayley always recognises me and makes sure to say hi! Overall the store is such a safe place for me!! and don’t even get me started on the clothes. The clothes are made with the best quality and they actually fit my curves. Love love love tree of life and the lovely team! 🩷🩷🩷 Here’s me in one of the outfits I got from here:
Welcoming atmosphere with a positive work ethic from Employees. Both Ladies in-store I came across Today were respectful, sweet and passionate about ensuring people from all backgrounds were satisfied and left feeling wholesome. I will definitely be returning as soon as possible.
Staff are rude and unapproachable. Simply asked if they had stock of a certain item and was met with a very patronizing attitude. I only asked a simple question. I liked the product, and wanted to buy more. You didn't have to be rude.. I guess Christmas really brings the worst out of everyone, including people who's job it is to be nice. You're paid to be nice, perhaps do the job you're paid to do 👍
Really friendly and helpful staff, nice range. Unfortunately it seems most clothing is suitable only for slim/ smaller sized people.
