Walked in cold off the street with a last minute wrist watch resizing for a funeral the next day , I explained my situation to Connie who didn’t hesitate in helping me out even I know they are super super backed up with work . A short time later she called me and said my watch was ready . Can’t thank Connie enough and also the price was very very reasonable in today environment. Will definitely be using Pakenham Jewellers again.
Wonderful service from Connie and Elison and an absolute honesty when it comes to admitting their mistakes. They resized a ring for me but, because of the odd shape, the ring was two sizes too small. When I took it back months later to get it resized they fixed the issue promptly and at no extra cost. I wasn't even aware that my ring was under warranty and was willing to pay but they were generous with their time. I would absolutely recommend and will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs.
