Prouds the Jewellers Pakenham

I recently went into this store to get my partners ring size for a Christmas present. The lady who served me seemed to be in such a rush and not interested in helping. There wasnt many people in the store and there were about 3 other staff members there at the time. The lady got out the ring sizing equipment and barely put it over his knuckle and told us he was size 'X', he wanted to measure a few other fingers to see what felt right and the lady told us its the same size for each finger. About a few days after, i started shopping for rings and I settled on a nice one for around $100, the sizing being size 'X'. Christmas came around and I gave him the ring to discover that his ring size is infact not a size 'X' and the ring was too big for him. I could not return it or resize it due to it being the holidays, and he wanted to wear it for Christmas dinner. Later on that night he discovered that the ring had fallen off and we couldn't find it anywhere I am very disappointed with the misinformation and lack of care with helping us find his proper ring size and have now unfortunately lost the ring.

Caroline was extremely helpful and patience while I tried on many, many rings to find the one that I wanted but also suited my finger. She was able to measure my ring size and offer many suggestions. She went above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate in going out of my way to store that she works at.

Cannot recommend enough, especially Caroline! She was not only patient but so kind and helpful even with the Black Friday Weekend Craziness. I went in for one thing but left with 7, she made the whole experience great. Much better than any other proud store I have been to.

Pakenham prouds store, the assistant staff are polite wonderful wecoming vibe & treat you like a valuable customer, I respect them 100% ✌ But the So called manager Caroline who was ignorant & arrogant" spoiled everything i do not recommend! Experienced one on one dispute etc I'm grateful I found out before purchasing from this woman let alone investing my big money worth upon arrival. Was tempted to purchase but I will go to another prouds store instead.
