Recently had to replace my wedding band as my previous one i had to get a refund on for multiple defects at another jewellery store, Blair was amazing to deal with and help us out by getting my ring a good price and get it resized and on my hand within a week! Definitely will return for future purchases.

I've been here a couple of times. First time I brought in a Coach watch to get a battery replacement. It was a gift from a gf. I got served by Jonathon (the manager?) that time. He pulled the pin out and it worked! No battery needed. I also brought in a broken necklace, which he told me wasn't worth repairing as it had a false chain. Appreciated his honesty plus he was hilarious. No charge. Sorry for the delayed review Jonothan! I came again on Thursday looking for some earrings. I got served by Moraecah (sorry if incorrect spelling) this time. She was really helpful and didn't pressure me to buy anything. She gave me a few suggestions and gave me a second opinion on the earrings which I appreciated. I ended up buying three pairs and loved them so much I wanted to wear them straight away. She gave me a great price & few soft travelling pouches for the earrings. She was so nice. I asked her about my ring, which was too big for me & ended up bring from another jeweller. I found out I was actually a size smaller. I'd already had the ring resized once. Now I know my true size. She even told me the price in case I wanted to get it resized there. I have received friendly & efficient service from the staff on both occasions and just wanted to give them shout out! They friendly, passionate & helpful.

Went in yesterday to have a bracelet on a new Citizen watch sized. Young lady in the workshop area was fantastic. Knew exactly what was required (Citizen use a 'non-standard' linking mechanism). Service with a smile and no charge to boot! I've used this store on a number of occasions when I have sizing issues with watches - always receive the best service.

Their warranty means nothing !!! And they liar and accuse the client for damages without even consulting you. The repairs they want are basically the same price of the watch....The watch is a tissot and not even a year old. Will also be putting a review on Tissot !!

3 times I asked would a necklace be ready for a specific day. Twice on taking in and once called in two days prior to needed - NOT READY when needed - picked up and just got I’m sorry excuse - not good enough - no empathy - nothing - was taking to UK as a gift for elderly mum. Can’t flap wings now to go back - not happy - sorry but not sorry for the review

The most friendly and helpful staff out of all the jewellery stores in the centre. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend her service.
