really nice piercer pierced my septum perfectly when another place refused me!! checked my anatomy and gave me a second opinion, and told me the septum would be possible but more painful due to my anatomy (didnt pierce through cartilage dont worry). very comforting and sweet and made the whole process easy and simple!!:) love my new piercing<3

Had the most amazing experience here piercing my first and seconds on both sides. I wanna give a personal shout out to Sasha who had gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and in control of my placement, answering every question and concern. Her understanding and knowledge of piercings shows a great passion and dedication to the field and she is a wonderful piercer and customer service representative. Thanks Sasha!!!

I went in there as I had taken my nose piercing out and was unable to get it back in. The most lovely staff member helped me (I didn't get her name but she had a dermal piercing on her arm). Even though it was really busy and she seemed a bit overwhelmed, she took the time to help me and try a different option and she successfully got my piercing back in. I really appreciated it as you don't see that too much in people anymore. I have had my ears, septum and nose all done at the NL SkinKandy and they are always professional, hygienic and they do the best job! Thank you!!

Came here for a tongue piercing and I booked an appointment I was quite scared of getting it done, it was in the afternoon and when I came in she told me she had no steel bars left when I booked for a steel bar. Ended up having to pay extra, I was scared of the alignment and she reassured me, when pierced felt like it pierced through my throat and found out it just went through nerves. Too far back and got infected. Customer service was good and refunded me and offered to refund all medications, but I wouldn't say the store so much and that's a horrible area to mess a piercing up. I've had some good experiences with them but it really depends on who is there

Got my helix pierced on 4/1/26 and now it's Thursday (8/1/26) so I've gotten my eyebrow done. My piercer, Sasha was amazing once again. I'm moving to Colorado so I won't see her for a long time ;( Wish I could update her on the healing process.

The website states AusPost RealId is an accepted form of ID. After spending money on an Uber to take my daughter to have her piercings done we were refused because 'ID has to have a number to record, we've had too many incidents'. I have a chronic illness and spent all my energy going to this appointment only for busy, overworked, undertrained staff to refuse us service. The staff offered no apology or sympathy, we were made to feel very uncomfortable, and the staff member was clearly annoyed. I made a complaint via Skin Kandy's website and heard nothing. Will not go back.

Personally left feeling disgusted! Not only did they DECLINE my daughter’s service ! Stating she needed I.d! As a 13yr old I was confused what I.d were they expecting from her? As I was there ? her MOTHER! as her parental guardian I didn’t think she would need I.d? They went on stating this policy was for every shop . My confusion was 1. What’s the difference when you get your ears pierced? 2. The way she argued stating this was a policy for all shops , which we continue on to the next shop! To find out that was a LIE! I felt racially profiled, my daughter was so embarrassed she ran out the shop not wanting to do anything anymore. This was her birthday present for her birthday. Thanks for ruining her day ! As we wouldn’t let that happen , we found a beautiful place in Northlakes that done her noise piercing, and they had the best service grateful for them for making my girls day better ! Unlike yous ! How embarrassing definitely wouldn’t recommend this place especially if you’re a young parent or of COLOUR! Shame on yous!
