I had an amazing experience thanks to Charlotte! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find such genuine and caring customer service these days she truly made my day better. I left feeling appreciated and well taken care of. The second we walked into this store we were greeted by Charlotte. She was so helpful. So knowledgeable and helped us with exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly, funny and an absolute asset to your store. She was so pateint with getting so many things out and went above and beyond. Thank you Charlotte for your amazing service and we will be back!

Young blonde girl who served me was rude as. I asked to look for earrings for my birthday... You'd think I'd asked her to lick dirt off the floor. I've no idea why if you are clearly not into your job or like helping people you'd choose to work in retail. I asked about a mirror, one over there in an irritated huff, asked about how earrings would sit being small hoops said depends on where your hole is again with attitude when I said it was on the bottom she didn't elaborate on fitting. Every simple request seemed a bother. No smiles, no suggestions, no attempt at small talk. I won't be buying from this store and I suggest the manager (judging from other recent reviews) moves her on or they will be losing a lot more business. I'd rather go to Chermside or buy online for a delivery fee then be treated poorly by someone being paid to provide a service. She needs an attitude adjustment or to find a new line of work.

We are visiting from New Zealand and popped in here to buy my Aunt a Kiwi charm for her bracelet. Sarah assisted us and were so impressed with her customer service. While choosing the charm, my wife showed her the problem she had with her Kiwi charm and Bracelet. Long story short, they replaced the charm and bracelet free of charge, right there, right then. We’d forgotten about the life time warranty. Thank you Sarah for your excellent service.

Today I went in and spoke to a lady with blonde hair and another lady with glasses regarding an exchange. I was horrified with the service not only was I standing in front of the counter and just ignored for 20 minutes but when I was finally acknowledged the attitude of the blonde lady was disgusting- her body language said it all.. along with her sighing at the thought of doing an exchange and helping a customer. What happened to good customer service?! I would rather go to another Pandora than to ever go back to this store! Unfortunately this isn’t my first time having a bad experience and have heard the same from many others- don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else where they treat you with respect and kindness

I went in to visit Northlakes store this morning and was served by Charlotte. I came in to do a refund and I could tell immediately she was not happy. I felt really judged by her. She barely smiled, looked angry towards me. If I ever go into that store again I don’t want to be served by her. I hope this feedback can be passed onto her. Getting a refund is not great, I know the feeling cause I work in retail but no need to have a negative attitude.

Stood there for 30 minutes while we were totally ignored, not even given the basic courtesy of acknowlegement. Two staff members working and a line going out the door where several people left and we were fist in line.Dont waste your time here, utterly disgracful service dont even bother. Will never return to this store.
