Overall good service, staff on duty was helpful but not as aesthetic as other Miniso due to the small size of the store. Seems staff have trouble fitting everything so it feels a lot more compact.
Store had barely any stock, really boring experience compared to what Miniso advertises. Staff member on was on their phone the whole time and there was no music playing. I left almost instantly because it was such an underwhelming experience What happened to Miniso northlakes? This time last year it was wonderful, there was alot of stock, welcoming staff and music
Miniso used to be my all time favorite shop, however I have noticed over the past year it seems like they had a change over of management or something but the store keeps fluctuating from super full with stock (like boxes everywhere and not enough room for everything) to legit bare shelves. They also hardly ever have the same members of staff in the store so I’m not sure what’s happening internally in the business? When I was in Sydney I noticed the Miniso had very different pricing then compared to NorthLakes, like incredibly low pricing compared to NorthLakes. I would say if the shelves look bare don’t bother, might as well have a look online anyway.
Store is ok was a few things to buy I have gone to other Stores of the same the service from this store was not the greatest the person just didn’t want to be there
Attended the store on Sunday 5th January 2025. Store was a mess. Stock boxes open and everywhere. Every customer had to walk around them. Front doors are half open to just put more stock boxes Infront of it. Unused tables and furniture are blocking full sections of the store, making it hard or impossible to get to sections, while also making it a hazard for people to walk around. Staff member on was just sitting behind the counter, showing little to no interest in doing anything. One of the poorest retail experiences I have had in a long time.
Wish their system was as up to date as the other branches' system.
My daughter gave me a Choncc from Miniso, and he is just the CUTEST!
