rebel North Lakes

Rebel North Lakes is our go to store for all our gym gear and other exercise needs. It's a great store to browse and we normally find what we were looking for. Store is very well laid out, easy to find gear and friendly helpful staff when needed. Prices are on par with some of the other name stores, but we find Rebel tends to be much better variety and specials. Definitely recommend.

Shoutout to Ella (G) who helped me find a particular item I was looking for as a gift. I came in on December 18th and it was busy - as expected. She was amazing and deserves a shoutout. Respect to her and all the staff during the busy Christmas period. You all are doing amazing. Lots of respect.

I went to Harvey Norman, then JB's to buy a smartch watch, no interest, no service. Walked into Rebel and was delighted to find a lovely staff member, she knew her stuff and couldn't not have been more helpful. Thank you Leah.

Hey guys, I would just like to highlight that I Had the best experience this morning with front counter girl by the name of shylah!! I approached her and asked her about a product that I was looking for. She was fast to get me help and also get the product that I was interested in, but they didn’t have my size. I was standing there for awhile and contemplating whether to buy a larger size but noticed it was way too big. SHYLAH saw me from the counter and proceeded to ask me if I could help her further in regards to sizing., I told her it was okay and that I was just going to purchase it online and this is when she also provide that extra customer service by advising me that She could do it for me over-the-counter. Not only did she do this but she also asked me for my member number and advise me I had $12 also of credit that I could spare. What a bloody bargain. For a jumper that was $89 down to 67 I got it for 58. I walked out of the store laughing with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you, Shylah

We had a fantastic experience at Rebel Sport in North Lakes Shopping Center. Ella provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable about home gym equipment. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, giving us all the information we needed to make the best decision. Ella’s friendly and helpful approach made our shopping experience enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend this store, especially with such dedicated staff members!

My mum sisters and o went looking for new school shoes and we found a few different shoes, because one sister is very difficult to deal with and find shoes for, we asked for some help and came across shyla but she says everyone calls her skylar, anyways she was really helpful and made thos the best experience iv had here.
