Tayla is truly incredible. My partner and I came in last Sunday to have my engagement ring resized and were told the process could take 2–3 weeks. With our holiday the following week, we were so disheartened thinking I wouldn’t have my ring to take with me. As the store manager, Tayla went above and beyond in every possible way.
