Do employers not want their employees to welcome and make people feel welcome in their store? This shop has the worst service.. we have tried multiple times as there is not much choice for teens in the clothing market. But all the employees want to do is talk to each other. Not help. Not serve.

actually ridiculous lmao walked in to find the workers sitting behind the counter on the literal floor yapping away. never seen that in my life. i had to go and do THEIR JOB and swap the sizes i needed. no professionalism or care whatsoever.

I was quite disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit. I asked one of the staff members for assistance in finding a different size of a clothing item, as I had several bags with me and couldn’t easily check the rack myself. Instead of offering help, I was told that whatever sizes were available would be on the rack—something I was already aware of. I was simply hoping for a bit of support. To make matters worse, I noticed that most of the staff were gathered at the cashier chatting about a dating site, rather than attending to customers. It came across as unprofessional and dismissive. Eventually, after setting my bags down, I did manage to find the size I needed on my own. However, the lack of basic courtesy and assistance left such a negative impression that I chose not to purchase the item, even though I really needed it. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the experience did not reflect the standard of service I expect when shopping in-store. A little attentiveness can go a long way.

Elise is an angel! She was so helpful with helping me find the items I needed, and had the most amazing customer service!!

It's come a long way that's for sure! Much better now and good quality clothes. It was a little bit messy and untidy though, and I had to wait over 10 minutes to try a dress on because there were some young school girls hanging out in the change rooms. I sort of hoped staff would tell them to leave so I could go in
