Mister Minit Westfield Fountain Gate 2

The man who insiected and gave me a quote for a les try er strap repair on my vintage celine heels was incredibly unfriendly and very short tempered. He was irritated the moment I approached the counter. ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE is when I went to pick up my heels. This time it was a different staff member who was much kinder (not the staff member who did the repair) but when I was given my heels and inspected the repair job myself, I was really disappointed. The first staff member who was rude and who was the one who actually did the repair did a terrible job. So sloppy. There was visible glue residue that was carelessly used all over the leather strap, it did not even look like they tried to be neat with it. At least a whole centimeter and visible grey glue dried all over the strap and it’s dried hard now. When I wear the heel, the glue painfully scraped my the skin of my heel. Completely regret bringing my vintage designer heels here as they have completely ruined it. Don’t come here.

Visited the kiosk today 10/10 /25 the staff member was not wearing a name badge and was very unhelpful, actually refused to help me and told me "I'm not doing that" when I asked him to add links to a watch. After explaining to him that we - another retail/jewelry store, always get our watch repairs done there and the other men are very helpful and nice he still would not help and actually shooed me away like a fly and told me to "go away". As someone who is in the industry myself, these type of people should not work in customer service! So rude and unprofessional and disrespectful!

Clearly the reviews talk for itself. Went in at 6.35 on a thursday. Was first quoted the price and then suddenly the guys decided he doesn't want to do it as he is closing when the claoing time is 9pm on thursday. Later on got it done from the mister minute shop outside ALDI. Don't waste your money and time on this guy.

Andrew was wonderful. I had a couple of straps to be resized and he sorted in quick time. I would also like to highlight that I called the Mr Minit 1 in Fountain Gate first ( as that's how they come in the listings) and they were most unhelpful. Saying things like "I don't know if I can do it until I see the watch strap" does NOT inspire confidence in ones services. Conversely, when I spoke to Andrew, he was clear and concise and told me "no worries, I can do that " Exactly how it should be so whilst I'm not here to slag anyone off , if I were to compare the two interactions I had, then there really was no comparison. Mr Minit 2 were far, far superior in their customer service. Thank you Andrew you've got yourself a repeat customer ( and I have quite a few watches lol ) Five stars for Mr Minit 2 😎

Andrew was great. Friendly and helpful and did a terrific job repairing and restitching a torn seam on some shoes

Took a pair of boots in that are no longer available on the market to see if they could help sort the heal out. The young man with tattoos was extremely helpful and managed to sort my shoes out with no problems at all! So greatful to be able to use these shoes again Will definitely be back with any other issues i need sorted!

Went to get a battery changed for my car key, he told us it’ll be ready in 10 minutes but we told him we will be back later. Keep in mind, he didn’t take our phone number or tell us that they were closing soon. While we were making our way back, we encountered him while he was leaving. He was very angry and exclaimed that we were too late, that he waited 15 minutes after closing time and if we had been there minutes earlier, he would’ve given it to us, but now it’s locked up in a safe, and we would have to collect it tomorrow. We apologised and explained we weren’t aware of closing time, and told him we weren’t sure how we could get home without our car key. To this he angrily repeated that he can’t give it to us, shrugged his shoulders, told us to come back tomorrow, and we were left to figure out how we could get our little family of 5 (2 toddlers and one baby) home. I understand that it was after hours, but the way he spoke to us was very rude, unprofessional, and quite inconsiderate. Will not be returning.
