I visited Malabar Gold and Diamond today with my wife and had a fantastic experience. We really liked the organised system where you scan, wait for your turn, and then get allocated a dedicated team member—it makes the whole shopping experience smooth and stress-free. We were assisted by Khushpreet, who was outstanding in customer service. We took our time to decide, and he was extremely patient, calm, and never rushed or pushed us in any way. His approach made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. The store has a vast variety of designs, and overall it was definitely one of the best jewellery shopping experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!
