Best costumer service by far. I felt so welcomed when I walked into the store and it was clear that the experience and outcome was for my own benefit. Hila is a beautiful person and is one of the most kindest and caring people and workers I’ve ever met. She gives you honest opinions and recommendations that aid to the buying of jewellery pieces that you will forever love.

Absolutely amazing experience , daughter had ear piercing done and was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. Girls took the time to go through different products and discuss before the piercing. Both ladies in store were absolutley lovely!! Awesome service. I will definately be back to have a look at the jewellery as it all looked beautiful too. Thank you so much to the staff who made it so easy 🙂

O my goodness! The staff are amazing here! Yesterday I came in for a helix piercing and I expected the usual "welcome how can I help" but instead I was greeted in such a way I felt like I have known them for years! The lady that pierced my ear was the best and im so happy with the results! I felt like I spent more time just chatting with the staff then getting my helix done XD The two lady's working on the 27/5 (sorry I've forgotten their beautiful name) they deserve a raise! But from what I have seen from other reviews and family experiences it seems like everyone who works there is amazing! Best jewellery shop ever!!

My daughter has been wanting to get her ears pierced for years however up until yesterday hadn't found anywhere she was comfortable. We were browsing the store yesterday and started chatting with Daisy and Lexie. Both were so knowledgeable and helpful and made her feel amazing, without any pressure they made some suggestions on how they could help. My daughter left the store happy to think about it and within 15 minutes we were back again to get her ears done. She is now the proud owner of a set of gorgeous earrings and beaming. Great job girls!

Exceptional customer service from the staff at Mezi today. The manager Hila was very helpful assisting me with finding the perfect pair of earrings for my girlfriend! Gave me endless patience whilst I looked at every piece in the range and walked out with what I think my girl will love.

Hila has the best customer service She is so genuine and passionate about the store She knows her product really well Makes it easier for a time poor person like myself. She also informed me they do Piercing In store which is great I will definitely be back.
