Absolutely Horrible Experience I chose my wedding band, paid the deposit, signed all the paperwork, and received a call the next day stating that if I wanted my ring, I would have to pay more money because they quoted me the wrong price. Is this even allowed after signing the paperwork and paying a deposit? This was supposed to be a joyful memory of buying my wedding band, but instead, it has become a memory I wish to forget. You are selling gold, and you should know how much it costs on the day you are selling it. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Terrible experience, came here with my sister to get a bracelet resized that she was gifted a day earlier for her 18th birthday in which we were told it couldn’t be covered under warranty and to "call your parents to talk to them about it first" the person who served us I believe the manager, an older women with very outdated customer service skills, very rude, a smile goes a long way. I would go elsewhere.

That is a rubish store. My husbund bought me a neckalace and i didn't like it. They advised him that it can be returned and we went for a refund the manager said is exchange only and showing us the policy. How come you don't advise when people aak before... this is ridicuolous. The manager of miranda store an old lady she was so rude and communication zero. Just don't go as they are the worst.

Foolishly thought that I could choose a jewellery present for my wife, but was wrong (not for the first time!). Layla/Leila helped me exchange what I had bought for what was wanted with a minimum of fuss and panic. Thank you very much!!

Really have to give a shout out to Belinda at the Miranda store, never have I met a Sales Associate so friendly and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure I walked out with what I was looking for, and even managed to offer the pieces at the absolute best possible price. She didn’t need to go above and beyond, but she did. It’s a great store with lots of pieces to choose from, and if you are lucky to run into Belinda, you will for sure have a most enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you Belinda!

Bought a Seiko watch and took it back to the store for repairs. They gave us the receipt and after few weeks we went to ask what's going on. They didn't even bothered to send the watch to the repairs and had no idea that it"s still in the store. They also told us that we didn't process the watch from them. We requested the watch to be returned. Buying was really easy,dealing with them was just a nightmare. Never again

Do not use this place to repair your watch! The watch maker Stephen and staff will never return your calls. My watch was dropped off on Saturday and I had to go in and pick up on Wednesday untouched, even though I had been told the glass and battery had been replaced. I was rudely told that he tried to call me( I have no missed calls or messages) and the glass would take time to order in. ok by why did she and the other staff say several times it had already been done. What a complete waste of time 🙁
