Don’t get me wrong, absolutely stunning pieces, they look solid, and like a long live piece that will stick with you forever, however customer service and communication needs to improve. I was gifted one of rings that I need to exchange due to incorrect size, claimed exchange, waited a bit since it’s Christmas time, but nothing happened. I’ve tried to reach out via email that’s on website, got response that email doesn’t exist. Left message thru website and still nothing. Ordered piece on Boxing Day sale and label was created some days ago and didn’t get any other updates. Just wish there would be more transparency thru communication.

I ordered a made-to-order item and experienced significant delays with very little clear communication. Updates were often vague, late, or only provided after I followed up myself. The issue was not just the delay, but the lack of transparency throughout the process. Although the team eventually provided an apology, the overall experience fell far below the level of service I expected. I hope the company improves their communication and internal processes so other customers do not go through the same situation.

I always enjoy going to Merchants of the Sun! The staff are really friendly and helpful when it comes to sizing and finding the style I’m after. They even went the extra mile, suggesting how to pair their jewellery with my outfits. Overall, it’s a great experience every time I visit. The jewellery is definitely my favourite—the quality and designs are brilliant!

Received a necklace as a gift came all knotted and broken, sent it back express and was told they’d send one the same day As I was going away on holiday and wanted it, they ended up sending it a few days later and turned up why I was holidays of course when I finally opened it was sent lose in a pouch and of course was knotted again, took me and my partner half an hour to unknot it, i don’t think they know how to package jewellery properly! So if you gifting it make sure you open it and unknot it before gifting! save you the embarrassment of looking like you bought something from a cheap store! Will not be purchasing again!

These rings look great! But if you’re after quality, this is not the place.. they lose their shape within months.. I had my gold ring (only worn 2-3 days a week, only for social gathering etc) and it turned into a oval in no time. Real shame as the designs are so awesome, just poor quality.

I wear merchants gold and absolutely love all the pieces I have 🙏🏽 always fast postage & super easy staff to communicate with when I did have to return something for a different size. Customer for life 🥰🥰

Stoked with my Christmas presents. Pretty happy to see my Augustus ring still looks like new after wearing it for 2 years.
