Off Ya Tree Hobart

Such a great place! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable, the process is gentle almost painless and super fast! The staff talk you through it so you don’t focus on the pain. The prices are good and there’s such a wide variety of jewellery to choose from. I’ll definitely be going back for my thirds!

I woke up this morning and went in for a septum piercing, Jane provided the most comfortable, pain free and vibing experience when it comes to getting pierced. That I've experienced , and I've been pierced a little bit ......i was nervouse this time because it had been a while but I cannot stress how amazing JANE was with her piercing service.. Thankyou so much you beautiful person 🤘😎🤗

Outstanding service from Jane and Chelsea today. They’re very helpful and inclusive and an absolute asset to the store. Also loved the quality of tshirts in there, nice to see good quality cotton. Will be back!

I received a piercing with the team in Hobart. I have since been left with broken, poor quality jewellery and infection in both ears following significant bruising and one of the piercings looking like my skin is torn on the back. When the piercer did the piercing, they appeared to struggle with the ear that has been left damaged, and caused significant pain. Whilst I appreciate some pain and bruising is normal, the level I was left with was not normal. The jewellery I purchased cost extra money, and is incredibly poor quality. I have had multiple piercings, and never have I had such difficulty with them. I have since been speaking to someone via email, who has provided terrible advice, and provided no offer of rectifying the issue. I would avoid this company at all costs. If i could give less than 1 star, I would. Please don't ever get pierced here.

Allix is amazing! My friend and I walked in for some piercings and we had the best experience! Allix is kind and knowledgeable and we felt really supported with our piercing choice. Thank you so much!!

Biggest rip off I've ever come across $5 piercings all over the front door. Goes in gets charged $150. I asked the question salesperson didn't bat an eyelid and thinks its ok to rip people off at Christmas should of went to Skin Candy.. Not happy customer. I'll never walk through the doors again
