My partner and I were very happy with the service we received from Hannah this weekend. She was the only one who greeted and helped us out with our eventual purchase. She’s such a vibe and I felt very comfortable with choosing my wedding band. Thanks Hannah!!

The manager lady has super bad service. If doesn’t want to work shouldn’t come to work. Not just let people keep waiting and with a poker face. 29/11/2025 morning the manager worked in the morning before 11:00am should be fired.

have had two unpleasant experiences with the same female staff member at this store. Unlike the other staff, she was not wearing a name badge. She is tall with long hair, was at the store. I found her to be rude, and her behaviour made me feel that she was being discriminatory. When I raised this with her, she did not apologise and instead became quite defensive. She stated that this was simply her way of serving customers, which felt noticeably different from the respectful and courteous service provided by other staff member Ching. I hope Pandora ensures all staff receive consistent training so that every customer can have an equally respectful and welcoming experience in store.

I had the best experience ever at this pandora. We went in and the lady (shavone) was an absolute joy to deal with. She was meticulous in the showing of the charms, and really helped my partner find the right charm for her. We got a engravable charm and the lady was so helpful with talking through the process and everything. When the machine made a mistake she was so apologetic and handled it very well. Definitely deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication to this job. This is by far the best pandora weve ever been to.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I visited the store last weekend with my family to purchase some jewellery for myself. The gentleman working there was friendly and kind, but the lady was very rude; she made faces and commented negatively. Her behaviour felt disrespectful and inappropriate. I believe it would be beneficial for the staff to receive training on how to provide excellent customer service.

Went to Pandora shop in Hobart today and was served by a beautiful lady called Vivienne. She was lovely and looked after me very well. She has great customer service skills and goes over and beyond to help you. Very happy with the service and the way you took your time with me especially when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Great shop to go and very friendly staff.

I was lucky enough to experience amazing customer service from Ebony twice in the last week. She was incredibly helpful and friendly and I look forward to shopping at Pandora Hobart again soon.
